Roasted Potato Stacks






Well, I just have to tell you, this appetizer is a winner... healthy,elegant, tasty and above all....SUPER EASY!



Roasted Potato Stacks

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound  potatoes ( 3 large potatos), scrubbed clean
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or rosemary leaves
Instruction:


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees c . Line 8 muffin tin  cups with cupcake liners.
  2. Using a Mandoline, thinly slice the potatoes ( u don't need to peel it). Starting with the smaller pieces, layer a potato slice in the bottom of each of the 8 muffin cups, and brush each potato slice with a thin layer of oil. Lay another slice of potato into each tin, and brush with oil. At every third layer, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Repeat stacking, brushing with oil, and seasoning until you have used up the potato slices. At the top of each stack, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
  3. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and cooked through. Garnish with additional fresh thyme or rosemary leaves.

كب كيك البطاطس 

  • المكونات:
  • ملاعق زيت زيتون 3 
  • ملح وفلفل 
  • زعتر أو روز ماري 
  •  عدد 2  حبة بطاطس نظيفة ومغسولة 

الطريقه 

  سخني الفرن الى 180 درجة مئوية. ضعي ورق  كب كيك في الصينية للكب كيك كما في الصورة .
باستخدام ماندولين .،قومي بتقطيع البطاطس إلى  شريحة رقيقة  ( لا تحتاج إلى التقشير). 
ابدأي برص شرائح البطاطس في  أكواب الكب كيك حوالي 8 في كل كوب ,,, ا الدهني كل شريحة بطبقة رقيقة من زيت الزيتون .. رشي الملح كل 3 شرائح بطاطس ليس في كل شريحة .
اخبزي البطاطس في الفرن لمدة 40 دقيقة حتى يصبح لونها ذهبي . رشي الزعتر على الوجه عند التقديم .



Patatine Rivisitate
Ingredienti:
  • 2-3 cucchiai di olio d'oliva
  • 2 patate medie, lavate .
  • Sale e pepe q.b
  • 1 cucchiaio di timo fresco o rosmarino.

  1. Preriscaldate il forno a 180 ° c. Rivestire uno stampo da muffin con dei pirottini.
  2. Utilizzando una Mandolina, tagliare a fettine sottili le patate ( non è necessario sbucciarla). 
  3. mettere una fetta di patata  sul fondo di ciascuno dei 8 pirottini  , e spazzolare ogni fetta di patata con dell'olio. iniziare a fare dei strati di patate, e spennellare con dell'olio. Ad ogni terzo strato, cospargere con un po'di sale e pepe. Ripetere!
  4. Cuocere in forno per 35-45 minuti o fino a quando le patate saranno dorate . Guarnire con l'aggiunta di timo fresco.
