Super Easy Chicken
2 chicken breasts (cut into cubes as you will do with all of the upcoming ingredients)
1 red sweet pepper
1 green pepper.
2 garlic cloves
and you can add any other veggies you want...it's a free recipe:)
3 Tsp soy sauce .
salt and pepper
2 Tsp flour.
put some olive oil in a chinese cooking pan ...add the chicken
stir fry it for about 2 minutes
add the onion ..followed by the garlic cloves (chopped)
then add all the other veggies...
stir fry your mix for about 7 minutes.
put the soy sauce together with flour and 1/2 cup water ,salt and pepper,in a bowl, mix well , add to your chicken ,stir a bit ,and then cover your pan and let it cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes...you just want your veggies to be Aldente.
P.s..take care not to add too much salt because soy sauce has enough salt of its own!!
serve with white steamed rice.
