Super Easy Chicken

   Today,,as a mom of two, really was not in a  cooking mood, wanted to lie down and relax and in my wildest dreamms...SLEEP!!
Of course that last dream didn't come true, didn't want to cook any thing complicated or effort-needing. so I decided to mix every thing in my fridge and put it in a pan ..and here they go!
A soy sauce thing chicken..:)

  2 chicken breasts (cut into cubes as you will do with all of the  upcoming ingredients)
1 red sweet pepper
1 green pepper.
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 carrot
and you can add any other veggies you's a free recipe:)
3 Tsp soy sauce .
salt and pepper
2 Tsp flour.
olive oil.
How to:
put some olive oil in a chinese cooking pan ...add the chicken
stir fry it for about 2 minutes
add the onion ..followed by the garlic cloves (chopped)
then add all the other veggies...
stir fry your mix for about 7 minutes.
put the soy sauce together with flour and 1/2 cup water ,salt and pepper,in a  bowl, mix well , add to your chicken ,stir a bit ,and then cover your pan and let it cook on medium heat for about 10 just want your veggies to be Aldente.

P.s..take care not to add too much salt because soy sauce has enough salt of its own!!

serve with white steamed rice.

hey Nesrine, i don't know if you noticed that I have been cooking mostly chicken in my blog because i'm a fan of chicken dishes. and your dish right here makes me wanna try it :) it looks delish!
