Christmas and Wedding cookies

    Dear readers.. how have you been ? missed you.

I've been cheating on blogging with medicine :) today, am gonna show you some of my favorite cookies recipe and some photos ..hope you like them. Here you go.

Sugar cookies recipe:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or lemon extract.


  1. Preheat oven to190 degrees C . In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden. Let stand on cookie sheet two minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.

Biscotti Di Natale


  • 350 gm di farina 00
  • 1 cucchiaino lievito in polvere
  • 250 gm burro in temperatura ambiente
  • 300 gm zucchero
  • 1 uovo
  • una bustina di vanillina
  • un pizzico di sale
  • Per la glasse veloce:
  • 80 gm di zucchero a velo
  • 2 cucchiai d'acqua
  • coloranti alimentare
  • confetti colorati
