These brownies look fantastic! And brownies are one of my favorite treats.. :)
Delicious fudgy brownies with a nice chewy top, great chocolate flavor, nice texture, but they are so tender that they do not hold together in pieces any larger than a shooter marble. I can't call them crumbly because they do not shed crumbs, nor are they over-wet--just very little structural integrity. My batter would hold a spoon straight up, and had to be forced flat and into corners. What did I do wrong? I double-checked all the measurements.
Hello there,
Actually I am afraid I can't answer your question. Try change the brand of the cho0colate you've got, sometimes it makes a difference.
